Payments through WeGoWhere are eligible for refunds up to 15 days from payment date.

If approved by the merchant, WeGoWhere will process the refund immediately. Credit card holders will receive the refunded amount in their next billing cycle. For debit cards, the amount will be return within 30-60 days.
